What do I need to do to sign up for Donation Control?
Simply go here to sign up. Shortly after you select a plan and submit your contact information, a representative will get in touch to get your account set up.

Is it really free to sign up for a Donation Control fundraising account?
Yes! You can sign up for a full-featured fundraising page that includes your organization's header at the top for free. There are no hidden fee – the only fee you will ever see is our flat rate, which is 6%, on all contributions made to your account.
If you're looking for more customization, for a $299 one-time fee we'll brand your fundraising page to look exactly like your website design.

Do I need a merchant account to use Donation Control?
No. The moment that you activate your account, you'll be set to begin receiving donations.

How often do you transfer funds to my organization's bank account?
The funds will be electionally transferred within 10 days or less of any donation being processed.

What measures does Donation Control take to prevent fraud?
Our platform uses a state-of-the-art Fraud Detection Suite that uses multiple filters and tools to minimize fraud.

How does Donation Control deal with chargebacks and refund requests?
Our team handles all chargebacks and refund requests. Your account will be charged a $30 fee for the administrative resolution of any chargeback, regardless of the outcome of the chargeback. This fee does not include the refund of a donation, if the donor wishes to be refunded. In rare circumstances, we may proactively remove funds for the full donation amount if instructed to do so by a donor's credit card company or bank. We will notify you if such a situation arises.
In all other circumstances, we will issue refunds to your donors if they request the refund before we have transferred the funds to your bank account.
